This is a remake of the pose of the same name (by me), though this one actually ended up becoming more of an entirely newly made pose, as well as an additional pose for height flip. So yeah, now you get a completely different pose with it for a Short/Tall combo, rather than a Tall/Small combo. You can also still download the old pose within the same downloaded zip folder. So really you get three entirely different poses.

This should work alright with other races and genders, though you might have to make quite a few adjustments to make them look good depending on height differences.
