New option for skirt deco or no deco for all three sizes!

A mashup of Prishe’s dress, the Yuweyawata Fending top, Eastern Socialite’s Cheongsam, and the Midan jacket. Fits all tall females in Tre S, M, and L chests. Both Tre booties should work but I didn’t test anything bigger. I had to pretty drastically change the shape of the shoulders to account for clipping and they’re still a bit scuffed at extreme angles so sorry about that lmao. Seems to be long glove compatible but I didn’t thoroughly test that.

This is baby’s first port, so please expect some imperfections! I welcome anyone to take another shot at doing it better than I could, but please follow mabel’s permissions.
