VPR Alternate Movement for GNB

GNB’s movement entirely replaced with the alternate VPR movement.
The only exception is drawing the weapon which is from DRK since it’s the only bladed weapon drawn like GNB. It should work with all races.
I actually made this a long time ago and forgot to upload it here.
