Goes on 119 for all Fem Talls and 106 on Male Viera, but can be changed upon import!

NOTES:
- Not Hat Compatible!
- Uses EX bones for some extra SWOOSH!
- Fem Viera have different EX bones so it’s a smidge stiffer and Male viera do not use EX bones at all!
- Comes with an Au Ra Horn friendly version, unfortunately due to the stylizing of the hair Face 03/103 au ra still clips and elezen ears clip
