Eorzean scholars have discovered a mutation found in korpokkur living in the North Shroud. Affectionately nicknamed “Sporepokkur”, scholars believe the mutation, which causes them to grow a large mushroom on the top of their body, was caused by the creatures diet, which consists mainly of fungi found amongst the area. Despite the name however, the sporepokkur does not actually release any spores and is safe to eat without fear of poisoning or psychedelic experiences. If you can kill something that cute.
