A port of the Welkin Hat’s veil to the Aurum Temple Chain for Midlander-based races.  Should be portable to other head gear as well.

Dyes change the main veil colour, and the metal hardware can be switched between gold and silver. Hardware colour can be modified by updating the Specular Color for row 2 of the met_a material’s colorset.
