Modifications to the vanilla Riviera Dress. Enables several colorset variants that are normally used by NPCs, allowing dying different sections of the dress.

Skirt removal leaves a gap below the vest, so I included a version that adds a bit of belly in the gap, and the other extends and closes the vest.  This gives options for pairing the top with other skirts or pants.

Enabling thigh pads may cause clipping with some skirts/pants.
