A collar worn by the character Shin from the anime Amnesia. Yes I know buckles don’t actually work like that, but that’s how it’s portrayed so I’m staying as close as possible to the original.

Works on all races, but some clipping on Roegadyn and Hrothgar (clips through the chin because they don’t actually have necks)

Replaces Alexandrian Neckband of Aiming

Fully dyeable using colorset rows:
Colorset row 1 – Upper belt
Colorset row 2 – Lower belt
Colorset row 3 – Buckle
