Placed on the Expeditioner’s Thighboots (the Dhalmelskin Thighboots will be identical, but undyable).
The knife may clip through some long clothing, but I preferred that to it disappearing with half the gear in the game.
For most characters (no male Roegadyn, male Hrothgar, or Lalafells).
