Never enough guns! Sadly no metal arm–But still, GUN. This idea honestly came from the character in soulsilver and what I remembered of his attire–Or team aqua? From pokemon, if anyone was wondering. Hence the title! Thought it was neat! The storm coat mixed with appointed jacket and neo-ishgardian of maiming! And yes! The coat dyes!
There may be a few minor clippings and shifts. The tie sometimes moves around too much among other details.
Gloves can be used! There may be–again, some clipping!
