this replaces the garnet earring and shared model items with the pince-nez found in dzamael darkhold

different earrings will show different colors, equip garnet or sunstone earrings for the original red lenses

EDIT: fixed version with black/white variants

it should work for all races, but it will not be displayed with hats that cover your ears/horns (miqos beware!)
