You need TBSE (and TBSE Echo for refit). TBSE includes bulge options, but Echo does not. (But I plan to add a bulge option for Echo in the future.)

Update 4/30/2024: TBSE X now included. TBSE Echo updated to 2.0. All body types include AMAB + AFAB bottoms. TBSE X includes an option with the skirt pulled down a little more as per request of a friend. Gloves may clip a lot around the elbows :(
