Make up based off the Night Elves in World of Warcraft. Replaces face paint decals 1-6, colours can be changed by changing the face paint colour!
Works only for viera because of the lips, however I am going to release a separate mod with just the make up which will work on all faces! You can also edit the png to hide the lips, which will then allow it to work on all faces ^^
