GLOW GUIDE: You will need this mod installed in penumbra to make the tattoo glow or it will default back to no glow www.xivmodarchive.com/modid/68013. The glow files are the only files that can glow the transparent files won’t due to how you need to export a file. However, you can always ping me on discord and I can make it glow for you if need to use the transparent.
