A mashup of the Starlight Robe and the Majestic Dress for lalafell! This is my first real mashup, so there are some issues ;u;

• There is an occasional texture flicker on the capelet
• the sleeves of the dress clip through the capelet with extreme movement (eg: arms over head in /yawn or /joy)
• long gloves will make you an eldritch monstrosity
