- Puffy cheeks slightly rounded out
- Adds rudimentary 3-dimensional fanged teeth
- Jaw Type 2 (cheekbones) more pronounced
- Jaw Type 4 (round) also softens the throat
- Mouth Type 2 (full lips) made even fuller
- Nose Type 5 (flat/snub nose) wider nostrils
- Nose Type 5 (hooked nose) more pronounced arc
- Various tiny shape tweaks that vary from face to face
