This is an layer overlay for reshade, a custom made one called Kupogram! (no idea if this was ever used or said. I am sleepy)
based off of Layer.fx by CeeJay.dk
In the folder is a ReadMe with info on how to edit the file, a Kupogram.fx, and a png blank so you can test it out with the default blank.
