Refit of the Jacket of the Rising/Falling Dragon to the hrBody by Tsar.
Affects both the level 60 PVP gear and the level 86 crafted gear (Striking/Scouting).
Has full glove compatibility!
Four options: Skintight sleeves or bigger arms, plus normal or simplified jacket.
Skintight sleeves are same size as the hrBody arms, bigger arms are closer in shape to the vanilla gear;
Normal jacket keeps all the small details like the necklace, pauldron, etc. Simplified removes them and leaves only the main parts of the jacket.
Includes HD textures, plus an option to make the jacket smoother!
