Update Ver 1.0.1: Fixed scanline removal for Azim Steppe Phasmascape.

Upscaled (4x) images & effects (i.e. not including the frame itself) for the following phasmascapes:

Optional edit to remove the scanlines from the images, making them smooth (no horizontal line effect).
