Another gear mashup for all tall females! This one has been sitting in my files for a while, as it has slight clipping issues around the top part of the skirt, but I have now decided to release it anyways.

As mentioned, there is some clipping with it, but nothing that’s super overly noticable in most screenshots.

It’s a mashup of the Neo-Ishgardian Top of Casting and the Heirloom Tunic of Casting, which it also replaces. It might break the textures of the Tunic of Healing a little – sorry, in that case.

Permissions: Private edits are all fine, while it is just a vanilla edit, please do not reupload it anywhere or make public edits to it. Ports to other races are fine, as long as you please tag me in it. Otherwise if anyone uses it, please tag me in your pictures, I’d love to see it!
