Imperium Coat

This is a mashup of the Quetzali Robe of Casting, the Quetzali Mail of Fending and the YorHa 51 Coat of Healing to capitalize upon some of the 40k vibes the Quetzali casting robe was giving me.

The only skin showing is behind the collar so should be fairly safe to mix and match with TBSE.
