Converts new iceheart set to relala. Armlets have an option for Minou Hand Beans and thighboots have an option for Minou Beans. Textures have been upscaled. Dyeability has been set up, just use item converter to put it on an item that can dye originally and it *should* dye. Thx @s.o.b.a. for the preview!
