- Of course, some hairstyles will cover the ears 
  (You know the drill, standard clipping and etc. may happen)
- You don't need an Ear Removal Mod for the Viera Ear Replacement Version to work.

You might need to manually remove the ears/horns of your sculpt model in Blender

Acquire a Normal Map Texture that allows you to hide them
