2.0 Re-Releasing one of my favorite tattoos. Please read the following, not every race is supported by every mod package.

Ocean Glow for TBSE
– Does NOT support Au Ra, supports all other TBSE bodies.
– (if you want this as a custom scale body you have the rights to, message on Ko-Fi)

Ocean Glow for Bibo
– Full support for all Bibo bodies, including Au Ra.
– Viera is fixed and no longer a cat tattoo. Oops.

Ocean Glow for Bibo [Dark Skin Multi]
– If you play a character with a darker skin tone, this version will be brighter on your character. This version is not recommended for lighter skin tones.
– No Au Ra Support

Ocean Glow for Bibo [Freckles]
– Uses Almaden’s freckles base for Bibo.
– No Au Ra support.

Atramentum Luminis is the framework required for the glow portion of the tattoo. If you don’t have this mod installed, the tattoo will work, it just wont glow.

All 4 options are in the zip file, just add what you need by importing with Penumbra.
Bibo needs to be the lowest priority. Mine is 1.
Atramentum Luminis needs to be above Bibo, but lower than the tattoo file. Priority 2.
Tattoo goes above Atramentum Luminis. Priority 3.
