Far Eastern Officer’s Armband – Upscale

Just a simple upscale of the Far Eastern Officer’s Armbands to TBSE. It’s my first ever successful upscale so please forgive me if there’s some weird errors.
It should be IVCS compatible.
Works on Midlander, Miqo’te, Au Ra, Highlander, and Viera bodies. (Sorry Elezen friendos I’ll see if I can get the fingers to not break!)
