This mod ports the elderly lady face (91, 191) to faces 4 and 104.
It has toggleable settings, and has the option for penumbra users to use the elderly bibo+ textures.

On face 4 and 104 as a request. Let me know of any issues! I’ll port 92 and 192 later.
