This is a black neck tattoo! You must also edit your face makeup/sculpt and paint your neck black or else there will be a hard line that cuts off! If you need help with that, just lmk!
The program used: Adobe Substance 3D Painter.
The file comes with the Scaleless tattoo PNG, B&W Scales, and Vanilla Scales (Diffuse), both the Normal map and Multi Map (needed for the scales to look right), and the preview.
-Please don’t ask me to port to gen3 or any other mapping that isn’t like Bibo+. I don’t know how to and am not interested in learning how to port to other bodies.
