A mash up of a longer version of Gyr Abanian Plait and Scion Special Issue.
Affects hair 133 for all fems, hair 14 for Viera

15.05.23: re-worked the weights, ponytail moves with your movements now. Packed flower&flowerless version into one file and fixed the maps so they only affect the hair, not a few other files too like the old ones. You can still download the old files with the stiff ponytail if you rather like these ones.
