The first of hopefully several “Felicity” tops because I love capes and scarves too much to choose only one.

Mashup of Felicitous Tunic, Ebers Robe & Crystarium Tabard.

Replaces Crystarium Tabard. Fits all tall fems. Dyable (shirt true, cape darker). Glove-friendly. I tested on the tall fem races but beware possible clipping around the bust and shoulders in certain poses.
