Corsair’s Gilet

The collar on the Neo Kingdom Scouting chest is incredible but it was actual crimes that there weren’t billowy, ruffly sleeves to match. I had to fix this immediately.

It’s a mashup of the Neo Kingdom Scouting chest, the right sleeve of the Neo-Ishgardian Aiming chest x2, and the belt from the Crystarium Healing chest.
