Ever wanted to wear a galaxy on your face? Now you can!

This has probably already been done, but as I couldn’t find it I decided to try my hand at it. My first decal mod, so please excuse any errors!

→ Replaces _decal_26/Face Paint 26 (the freckles)
→ The constellations used are from the Astrologian quest line/cards (they’re not a perfect replica, but I think they’re close enough)
→ Works for all races, though it might look a bit janky on hrothgar and lala (hrothgar more than lala, because of their snout shape 😔)
