-affects the far eastern officer’s robe

-robe is dyeable, the crop top can be edited via colorset on rows 7-9 , 13-14, and 16 of mat b

-no long gloves, for reasons i do not comprehend

-there is some room between the coat and top around the bust area to help prevent clipping as much as possible; imo it doesn’t really detract from the appearance, and it seems to pose just fine
