These are the black necks to match the Pattern Sleeves Vol. 2 tattoo by R’aiko Tia (ko-fi.com/s/7e81c501f5). I’ve limited myself to the races that can wear the tattoo (Midlander, Miqo’te, Elezen & Viera). These are the pure vanilla faces only with a black neck.

You want the black neck along with your own makeup? I can send you the overlay so you can put it on top of the d-tex yourself or I can fix it for you. ;3

It may be that on some faces the black on the upper part of the neck looks lighter than the tattoo. You can fix this via Palette+ by setting the skin gloss to black.
