upscales the Edenmete/morn Bolero of Scouting/Striking to Bibo medium perky, smoothing the chest topology and removing most of the side skirt.

includes some optional colorset edits because the way this top dyes is insane. makes the corset lacing less obnoxious and changes the boleros to undyeable, and the shirts to dyeable. also adjusts the scouting corset to be grey and silver to match the bolero, for better aesthetic coherence with the gold and brown striking version.

everything is modular so you can use the colorset edits without the model, and vice versa.
