Adds the Augmented Hellhound Scythe VFXs rescaled and recolored to the Tropaios Scythe.

Comes with red original version and a recolored green/blue tinted one to better fit the color palette on the weapon.

You can genuinely do this in about 30 minutes tops with VFXEditor and Penumbra, but if you’re feeling lazy here you have it.
