It is a Au Ra Face 4 Make up (Raen & Xaela), it is a .pmp file so you will need penumbra to use it.
It contains a transparent png file too of the make up so you can put it on your Face 4 of choice (incase you use custom scales!)

This mod works with asymmetrical face & symmetrical face
