This is a two-piece (top and legs) vanilla mashup that is intended to be a dress. The top looks fine on its own but the skirt does not.

There are separate race options for the top because adjustments were needed on certain races to avoid major clipping issues.

INFO:
♦ Top: replaces Manderville Coatee (MUST BE MANDERVILLE, NOT ANOTHER VARIANT!!!)
♦ Skirt: replaces Idealized Soothsayer’s Skirt

DYE INFO:
♦ Two premade options: black and light blue
♦ Two dyeable options: one with black corset, one with a white corset
♦ Colorset can be easily changed in penumbra using the “advanced” tab. Simply google how to do this; some great videos are out there!
